After a ventilation system was installed in our attic, I learned a year later that they had forgotten to reconnect the dryer duct. The company was no longer operating, so I hired FreeFlo.
Robert arrived on time and cleaned up after his work.
He was knowledgeable and completed the task in good time. He's also nice!! He also provided pictures of what he had done in my attic as I couldn't get up there.

Robert went above and beyond. He efficiently did the job we hired him for (vent cleaning for our small strata) and happily and promptly fixed some bad repairs the previous home owners made on the spot without even making it a hassle for us. Such a relief for him to address our concerns and offer a better solution than the one we had with our tight washer/dryer setup. Would hire again without any hesitation! (I don't know the exact price but it was more than reasonable)

Was referred to Rob by one of his competitors who was not able to help us because of the height of our house…so glad they weren't able to come, because Rob was awesome! He happened to be in our neighbourhood, so came by that same afternoon. Vent was cleaned and good as new in less than half an hour. No fuss! And the price was totally reasonable. Will definitely call Rob again in the future!

We were recommended to Robert at Freeflo by our appliance repairman. We got outstanding and very speedy service.

Robert dropped by to give us a quote on buying and installing a dryer booster fan. He could easily have sold us on the $500 parts/installation which we thought we needed -- but he did not. He investigated (which involved climbing onto the roof of our condo) and then told us that the booster fan was not necessary and would not solve the issue we are having with our dryer.

We appreciated his honesty -- and will hire Freeflo in the future for vent cleaning.

Freeflo does the drier vent cleaning for our 4 unit condo. They do a terrific job at a very reasonable price. Bonus feature: if the guy happens to be behind schedule he actually calls you to let you know!! Always pretty close to the appointment time. Recommend to anyone.

My dryer wasn't venting heat and my clothes were coming out still wet. So I called Freeflo and Rob was awesome! He showed up the same day and cleared up the ducts. I have 7 people in my house and we do laundry almost everyday. Thanks Rob! :)
