We have a difficult space to reach on the top floor of our duplex. Another business said they didn't have the right "equipment" to reach our vents. I am glad they didn't or else we wouldn't have met Robert. Efficient, clear, kind and responsible.

We had a problem with our dryer not venting out all the hot air so condensation was forming in our laundry room. We had our contractor and multiple people look at it to no avail. We finally contacted Freeflo and they managed to fix the problem in an hour. Hat tip to Robert who is extremely professional and courteous.

Our dryer had never had maintenance in it's entire existence. Needless to say, there was a terrible lint/lagoon water concoction that came out of our blocked dryer vent...it was horrifying. Very happy with the service. My vent actually vents through the roof. Hard to find dryer vent cleaners that will actually go on the roof. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with the job and happy to finally have my dryer working properly.

I had a leak from my dryer ducting so I called Robert to help troubleshoot. He understood the urgency and came within the same day. Robert quickly went on my roof and found out that the exterior dryer vent was improperly installed and was completely blocked, which was what was causing my issue. He removed the block and fixed the issue so that it does not happen again. While he was here he also investigated my neighbor's ducting and discovered they had an issue as well which he helped correct. Robert was professional and courteous. He was on time and went above and beyond. I already set a reminder in my calendar to call him again for our next duct cleaning. Thanks again for all your help! I highly recommend his services.
