We were preparing our home for sale and called Impact Pressure Washing, what a great decision. The technician that came to our house was punctual, polite and hard working. The pressure washing results made our home look like new, our concrete surfaces looked so clean and our windows sparkled. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone wanting to bring their property up to snuff.

I hired Impact Power Washing to pressure wash the whole house before having it painted. The crew did an amazing job getting most of the loose paint off. I found the price very reasonable and I have to say, I was extremely impressed that the owner of the company (Manny) was so professional and answered all of my calls when I had questions. That just doesn’t happen these days. I will definitely be using Impact power washing again.

They washed the whole house gutters. Roof windows prewashed with brushes then power washed no damage

Manny cleaned the Vinyl siding on our house. He was very through, fast, professional and reasonably priced. We had our Sidig cleaned by another company last year and were disappointed. Manny showed us just how well the job can be done! We are so happy to have discovered his company.

I was quite impressed with how clean my siding got for my 2 story home after Manny and his team were done in just over 2 hours. I thought for sure it would've taken longer (my house was due for a while for s cleaning). They didn't miss a spot and did a walk around with me at the end of the job. I gotta say i paid a reasonable price but the service was top notch! Would recommend to anybody - residential or commercial.
