Unique Touch Concrete Design - concrete polishing specialists in Toronto

I had water damage in my loft bedroom. I originally had carpet and wanted to change to polish floors. I decided to forget dealing with the contractors provided by insurance (as they were too pricey) and luckily came across Unique Touch. I called a few contractors but as soon as I spoke to Tony from Unique I felt I could trust him and the team as they knew what they were talking about from the onset. Next, Edson came for the estimate and he was super helpful too with his advice. I was booked within 2 weeks. Ryan and his partner (wish I knew his name) completed the job. My husband, baby and I left our home for two days and let them complete the job. I appreciated their HONESTY & TRUSTWORTHINESS. They were early on the job, kept me in the loop all day and ensured security/concierge locked up after each day.

I have had work done in our place and some ppl are just awful and leave a mess behind. I was SUPER PLEASED that there was no mess to come home to and a amazing super clean job. I LOVE ❤️ the new floor in my bedroom.
They did a really good job matching the bedroom floor to the rest of my cement floors in the loft.

They also provided me with dos and DONTs to maintain the floor, which I really appreciated. from start to finish they did great.
