Right from the quotation stage to the finished product, Tyler @ Canadecks made sure our original plans were what we exactly wanted and kept us updated daily on the project. We had ZERO surprises and the project came in on budget and on time. Tyler took all the necessary steps to lay plywood down to ensure no damage to our property and at completion, site was 100% cleaned and ready for our patio furniture! Not only did Canadecks design the project as we imagined and discussed during the quotation stage, but also gave us some great ideas and brought them to life on budget and on schedule. We were especially surprised when Tyler built at (as an afterthought) at no extra charge a custom gate to secure our pets. We are very pleased with our new cedar deck and pergola. It provides the much needed shade solution that we requested of Tyler. We have had many positive comments from friends in our community. Tyler and team were friendly, professional and efficient. The project was completed quickly and the work site was left very clean at the end of each day. We would recommend this company and look forward to possible future projects.

Canadecks built us a large elevated deck with stairs. The project got delayed a few weeks which was disappointing but it was worth the wait. Tyler is very personable and easy to deal with. He immediately addressed any concerns we had and corrected them without question (ie. minor imperfections with lumber). The construction is very solid and looks great. The deck is exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations.
