Replace Shingles

Had Sears replace roof in January 2000. Contacted them in August 2006 about condition of shingles and they sent a rep from IKO who said they were defective and we would replace them for $2851.00. We were dissatisfied with that for 25 year shingles should last more than 6 1/2 years. Now we have to have wood replaced and shingles replaced. Would not deal with them again. 100% dissatisfied...
