We always aim to arrive within arrival windows, however these days with our staff completing their covid vaccines and immunizations sometimes this has affected schedules. For this we apologize as we completely understand that delays are very inconvenient and we do value your time.
We did provide a great service with a good end result. Under the sink or inside any cabinets/ drawers is not included in any of our packages other than the moving cleaning package which is only for empty and vacant units.
We again apologize for your poor experience and already have had our quality control and scheduling teams review to learn from this.
