An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had the pleasure of working with Adam and his Tycan flooring team for our basement renovation. They were a pleasure to work with. Fast, punctual, and efficient. They completed our basement with Vinyl Planks and Carpet, and did a great job prepping the floor prior to installation. Even though we had picked a material from another store Adam was kind enough to accommate us by picking this up prior to the installation. The end-result looks great.
