My roof was in desperate need of repair as it was starting to leak. Mark and his team "rebuilt" my roof and left my yard exactly how they found it. Thanks Mark.

Both of these fellows spoke to us in a confident and reassuring manner. The extent of roof damages were clearly outlined to us as well as exactly what was required to resolve our issue.

After repairs were completed a picture was emailed to us, indicating nature and location of damage. List of materials used to complete work was also provided.

Harvey and Mark both understood our concerns with winter approaching and agreed that this work should be completed now rather than waiting until spring time. Roof repairs were completed the following day, without any complications. Good news.

Harvey and Mark were both pleasant and professional, offering advice and direction every step of the way.

Roof and Eavestrough replacement. Mark was excellent. Would highly recommend them to anyone, on time and work was done quickly and professionally.

Mark and his team worked vigorously and diligently to replace our roof in one day before the winter weather hit. This was the second time we used Ontario Downspout as we had first used them for our eaves and soffits the year before. Once again they were professional and efficient. Mark also came within a day to repair our roof after a major windstorm. He was always available to answer questions or concerns, and ensured to follow through with any requests. . We would recommend this company to anyone needing either service.

I am delighted with the work that Ontario Downspout Service provided! On a very cold November day Mark and his crew arrived at 7:30 am to completely replace my eaves and downspouts. I was so impressed with the conscientious and cheerful manner in which they worked. Their cleanup really impressed me too. The quoting process was thorough and accurate. There were no hidden cost overruns. Communication with the company was excellent. The installation was timely and the design and products were superior. An experienced company with a real concern for their customers. The new 6" troughs can handle any amount of water.

Completely replaced all eaves, back low slope roof plus shingle roof and porch shingles. Did an amazing job, clearly committed to quality and project communication.
