As you noticed now, birds tend to always come back to the same nesting place as previous years. Even though it was tricky to clean out the nesting compacted inside the bathroom vent exhaust after so many years of nesting, our process of pulling out the nesting compared to placing a vacuum inside to make it look like its being cleaned is how its really done properly. You can be sure not to have any more issues with that vent, the open chimneys I secured and the damaged siding I fixed will no longer be an issue for you. I'm glad I was the one that came to look after your raccoon issue as it wasn't a standard removal process. After cutting a small square hole in the section of wall to extract the young cubs from where the female raccoon hid them, I don't hear of many wildlife control companies that are able to provide this type of service. You can be assured this will not be a issue in the future as our two year guarantee looks after it. I'm happy that I was able to show your son the young baby squirrels I removed from your attic. The temporary baby squirrel shelter I placed outside near the entry point into the attic was empty when I came back to close up the entry point. We will always place any young wildlife into temporary shelters so the parent have time to relocate them or till baby birds are able to fly away themselves. This process is in place not only to bring no harm to the wildlife but also keep the wildlife from creating more damage to your home. Very happy to assist you Magda with your raccoon issue. I'm just glad we were able to remove some deck boards to access the hole the raccoon made in your wall. Usually we have to secure all the sides of the deck to keep raccoons out but we look at providing the best and most cost affordable solution to our customers. Hopefully the raccoon has found a new home elsewhere as I mentioned the deck would have to be opened up so we could fully secure the rotten boards under the deck.
