Squirrel damage. Put wire mesh on holes and oneway opening so squirrels can get out but not back in.

Wildlife removal

Pest and Wildlife Control and Eviction

Sande was excellent at many levels:

Communication and follow-up: Sande replied to my call promptly and showed the same day. After providing his services he followed-up 1-2 days after to check on how things were going which was appreciated. Before showing up he shared the expected costs for transparency.

Analysis: Sande took his time to review the outside of the house and assess the problem areas. He photographed everything to show the before and after and shared them with me for my records. We did a walk around to agree on what the approach should be and what I needed to look out for.

Currently the squirrels invading our basement ceiling have been evicted! We may have other preventative work to do and the situation is much improved.

We highly recommend Sande and his work

RED SQUIRREL REMOVAL can be very tricky but definitely can be done. Red Squirrels being so tiny can enter a house through a 1 1/4" hole. After securing a ground level as well as a roof level entry point with one way doors, it's only a matter of days till their out of the house. As for all the other possible places Wildlife can break through we clearly make our customers aware of these areas as well. Pest Control

Pest & Animal Control review in Toronto

Sande repaired damage to eaves and sofit done by squirrels, set up a one-way only door to get them out, then came back a couple weeks later to replace the one-way door with sheet metal to prevent future damage. He also put sheet metal barrier at a similar site that was vulnerable to the same kind of damage, and surveyed the roof to let me know where future problems might occur from squirrels and/raccoons. Throughout the project, he took clear photos of both problem areas and the excellent work he did. He is prompt, informative, and personable.

Squirrel Removal

We've been having raccoon and squirrel issues this year. We always appreciate Sande's prompt and professional service. He installed roofline screen and one-way door efficiently, and fixed some loose shingles with no extra charge. I like that he takes the time to explain things and provides you with before and after photos of his work so you can see what was done. Highly recommend.

Its unfortunate that a Raccoon likes to come by from time to time to rip shingles along the roofline. Luckily Squirrels can't tear shingles off, however, once the Raccoon tears shingles off the roof it exposes the wood underneath which of course is easy for Squirrels to chew through. With the damaged shingles repaired, the Squirrel entry point secured with a one way door which just leaves the entry point to repair when we come to close the door. Hopefully the annoying Raccoon that keeps damaging your shingles has moved elsewhere now, however, if the Raccoon does come back again it would definitely be suggested to secure the roofline as mentioned. Eviction of Squirrels from Roof

It's refreshing to hire someone like Sande from AAA Wildlife Control who knows their business well, completes the work in a professional manner, goes beyond what id being requested and stands by their worl. Now, that's customer service.

Sande made sure to check for baby squirrels and parents before he sealed up the nest area. Sande also fixed some shingles that were loose / damaged and took pictures before and after of all work completed.

I would and have recommended AAA Sande Wildlife Control to friends, family or anyone who is in need of a humane way to evict wildlife around your property.

WILDLIFE REMOVAL TORONTO has to be highest population of Squirrel's anywhere in Ontario. With Squirrel's giving birth to babies twice a year, it's always best to hire a service that provides humane removal. Many complaints come in every baby season with customers calling about dead Wildlife somewhere in their house. The worst part about this is the majority of the time the dead bodies can't be found, which if done right from the beginning customers wouldn't have to live with a noxious smell in their house for months.
With various procedures our Wildlife Control services can humanely remove Squirrel's. The use of one way doors always gets any mobile Squirrel's out, however, physical removal of baby Squirrel's under 5 1/2 weeks is mandatory. Any baby's removed are then placed in a temporary shelter for the mother to relocate herself.

RACCOON REMOVAL FROM UNDERNEATH a UPPER DECK is no problem for our Wildlife services. Even though some very bad work was done previously before us, we fix what we can and secure the rest of the deck with quality galvanized screen. With the upper deck now secured with a one way door, the only thing left for us to do is to come back to remove the one way door and secure the entry point.
