Maple Leaf Garage Doors

We had a great experience working with Steve. Our garage door was damaged, called up Steve and he came right away the next day.
He provided us with a couple of recommendations, and reasonable quote. Steve is very professional and pleasant to work with; we had many questions and he was very understanding and did not mind answering all our questions, and even when we changed our selection at the last minute he was able to accommodate our wishes. He and his worker did a wonderful job installing our garage doors, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. We are very happy with the work, and would not hesitate to recommend Steve to our family, and friends.

Single car garage had a broken torsion spring, so I contacted Maple Leaf Garage through their website (I learned about them as they had installed the garage door opener on contract with a big box store - I took a photo of the van during their original visit and was happy with the service / advice). The repair was quoted and arranged over e-mail with Steve. Visit was on time. Repair was good, and Steve went over some maintenance tips with me to prior to leaving.

What a great experience! Our aged door and opener failed on a Saturday. Steve responded to our request almost immediately and was out to assess the situation noon on Sunday. Steve gave several options from fixing the opener to replacing the opener/door (all new). With the great quote we decided to go all in. The door was installed by Thursday and looks and works great. I love when service transactions go this well. Thanks Steve!

Steve is exceptional. I called him yesterday morning and even though he already had a full day of work out of town, he offered to come by in the evening. He was true to his word and on time. On the phone he anticipated that the problem was our springs. He told me that he carries supplies in his van and would be able to fix it on the spot. He was very honest and didn't oversell the job.

Excellent service; replied within a day by email to request for a quote; came to give a quote next day; installed within two working days. Neat work, tidied up afterwards; explained everything thoroughly. Did not pressure us to buy a new door;l rather, told us our door was a good quality. phoned afterwards to make sure we were okay with it.

Excellent service, Steve arrived timely, did the work a promised. Also guided me to get 2 openers of same brand - Chamberlain, as they can be connected and work well together.

Steve answered my email quickly, arranged an appointment quickly and diagnosed my problem with a $90 fix rather than a $300 fix from another company. Now I have a garage door keypad panel that works without having the replace the whole garage door motor like another company told me. Thanks for the fantastic service!
