Grant was several thousand dollars cheaper than the other five contractors we had received quotes from (around half-price!). This concerned me, until reading excellent reviews of Grant's work on HomeStars. Now I'm so happy we listened to the reviews on HomeStars. Grant and his crew began work the very next day after we hired him. They worked everyday for a week straight, and did an excellent quality job. Grant was very knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell he's been in the business for years. My husband and I are so happy with our new patio slab and balcony deck footings. Excellent work at a great price.
