Vassa Metal Roofing

Update to my earlier review: My roof is 18 months old now and I love it! Still looks as good as the day Tony and his hard-working crew installed it on my small house. The new metal roof and the white board and batten siding around the dormer gave my old house a fresh clean look. The metal tiles they use are attractively rustic and my roof blends well on the street with all the asphalt roofs. I went with all of Tony's colour recommendations and the house looks wonderful from the street - I received lots of positive comments from the neighbours. Had a number of estimates but Tony stood out - he knows his product very well.

Tony completed our gorgeous metal roof in 2006 and it still looks like new. When two areas of our roof were damaged by amateur window cleaners, he responded quickly to our service call. Great company to deal with and the owner takes great pride in his work.

In the fall of 2014, Tony and his crew installed a metal roof which we purchased from the Roofman company. We could not have asked for a crew that was more hardworking, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Tony was always available whenever any issues arose, and was able to resolve any difficulties, disagreements, or questions.

I have waited so long to post this review because we had longstanding problems with our old roof and wanted to make sure that the new one was working out. Almost a year later, we are very satisfied. (As a bonus, Tony is also a very interesting guy. A pleasure to talk to and to work with.)

I needed a good looking and very long lasting roof on a new floor addition where the entire new 3'rd floor would have a cathedral ceiling and no roof venting. A special breathable barrier and space between the roof sheathing was needed that is not common. Tony and his crew worked with what was needed and did an excellent job

Work is good and looks great. They tell you what is going on and roughly how long it will take. They also work weekends to get the job complete with the least inconvenience to the people living in the home/building. They also clean up everyday which was a great plus.

Beautiful new black steel roof installed with care and efficiency. They even work holidays and weekends to get the job done.
