In February 2019 we had a major windstorm in Welland. At the time we had sheet metal type roofing that rolled up like a sardine can; the only thing that held the sheets on the roof, was the ridge cap. Vassa Enterprise (Tony) was the only metal roofing company who would come out to help us and prevent further damage within our home from water damage, etc. and possible liability if a sheet flew off and hit pedestrians or vehicles. He arrived and arm wrestled and tacked the sheets down as best he could to prevent water damage within our home.
Subsequently, Vassa Enterprise (Tony) has replaced our roof.
Tony and his Crew are not only efficient and courteous the new roof is "Beautiful" and his prices are very reasonable for the product they installed. They are very passionate about doing the best job at the best price.
We know we will never have to replace our roof again and fully recommend that you hire Vassa Enterprise Roofing for your future roofing replacement.

These guys put a new metal roof on my house earlier this year. It was a good price and looks great! Tony was very responsive and communication throughout the project was top notch. They left no mess behind when the job was done.
I have a finished attic (without AC) and this roof made it much more comfortable throughout the hot summer months. I would highly recommend this type of roofing and having Tony and his crew install it.

We actually contacted this company because of the reviews on the homestars site. In our neighbourhood, I had heard stories of at least several neighbours who had hired other roofing firms, only to be sorely disappointed with the outcome. We were pleased with this company right from the first interview with the owner, who I believe has 32 years experience in roofing and who is a very well educated person with high standards. We reviewed different products and chose the one he suggested and the finished product looks wonderful. His crew was here every time he promised and do excellent work. The owner himself kept us constantly appraised of stages of the work and dropped in about 5 times during the work period. It was done on time, exactly as promised.

Tony was very professional all the way thru.
Although the project ran into some issues because of the height of the building, they simply explained the reason for the delay and got it done.
Never implying this was my issue.

Tony and his crew seemed very professional and did some great work. I'm getting plenty compliments after their installation of the new metal roof on my house. The cost was reasonable compared to other metal roof contractors and the look is far superior than the barn style sheet metal roofs we've seen in our neighborhood. We love the new look and and I think you would too. Tony is great to deal with and explains the complete process to help you make the right decision when it comes to a good metal roof installation.

There are cheaper metal roofs out there and they look cheap. This roof looks real good! Go see a few roofs done by the competition and compare with jobs done by Vassa. You will see the difference.

Frankly, I didn't want to spend the cost for a new roof, especially since I'll probably sell my home in a few years as I downsize. However, three wind storms this spring blew asphalt shingles off my roof and that started my quest. This was a major learning project involving quotes from some 12 contractors with a very wide spread in quality and pricing.

We would highly recommend Tony and his team. We got our roof during he summer of 2017. It was immediately cooler upstairs and winter energy costs are much lower than they were. The team did a wonderful job. The project took a few days but Tony came by several times a day to make sure everything was good.
