Our sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped us to design a closet that would perfectly meet our needs while staying within our budget. The installation was seamless. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

We are so pleased and impressed with the quality of the work by Closets By Design in recreating our kitchen pantry. The company, and especially the contractor who installed the shelving, delivered exactly what we were looking for. The contractor, Kathy, was meticulous in her work and detail. Apart from the excellent work, the company's customer service is wonderful. The the project was on time and was left spotless. It was also a pleasure dealing with Kathy who loves and takes pride in her work. The results speak for themselves. The work is so perfect that we are considering removing the pantry door to display the lovely space behind it. We would not hesitate to use Closets By Design again nor to recommend the company to anyone looking to create an organized space.

Our pantry and walk-in closets were a good size but the space was not used efficiently. I contacted Closets By Design and they sent a rep out who was friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very diligent - not a time waster.
I approved the quote same day and while we were finishing up an email came advising the install date. Installation was done on time and by friendly, clean and tidy installers. They took out the existing fixtures and put in the new keeping all trim intact!
We are super pleased and would highly recommend.

This company did my master bedroom closet some years back, so I'm familiar with the designer and very pleased. Both the designer (Brenda) and the installer (Kathy) were terrific. In the garage, I elected at the last minute not to mount the second cabinet, as it felt too close to the door into the garage. I had signed off on the drawings, so totally my responsibility, but the installer was terrific and very honest with her opinion. In all, a very good experience.

We had Closets by Design install custom shelving in our walk-in closet. They were professional in all aspects of the work, from the initial consultation to the installation. There was a mistake made on the measurements, but this was very quickly corrected. We have had a number of renovations done over the past few years, and this was by far the most positive experience we had. We would highly recommend this company.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable! Design expert, listened to our needs and budget to provide us with what we needed and was willing to make changes. Installer was timely, clean and very thorough!

Sales doesn't let you know after you pay half up front that the other half is required before they even start the installation. I was told to read contract, where as you have a representative making the sale and giving you details why not that! From this it is obvious you want us to trust you not trust me. Delivery date was set weeks down the road which both parties agreed to, about 2 weeks prior to installation day we get a reminder which i acknowledged and responded to ask for an approximate time and you did not respond back. Then i receive another reminder over a week later saying arrival would be possibly late afternoon 3:30 and a 2 hour window would be in effect and that installation could be 4-5 hours. I responded back requesting an early morning delivery as you did not respond to my email and you had weeks to organize, i was not happy but you did accommodate. Installation person was very professional, organized and did an excellent job, would recommend him all day long. He had completed installation in about 2 hour, far less then 4-5 hours. He did try to up sell accessories and we were interested in the belt hanger but at $90.00 that was just way to much and find that is such an over charge and slap in the face for us after just spending almost $2000.00. If we had know about accessories through sales person we could have included items in total sales not after the fact.
