I had my gas fireplace inspected and serviced by Impressive Climate Control's gas technician. Since we moved into the new home I wanted to make sure it is safe to be used. Their technician was very courteous, careful and clean while working. He recommended to apply fresh paint and dress up the fireplace with new embers, and boy was I happy at the end. The fireplace now looks great, from a BBQ flame which it originally had.

I called Impressive Climate Control to have the gas fireplace inspected as we just moved in this house. Amir fixed all that needed fixing. He took time to explain how to use the fireplace to my teen and I. He also taught him how to clean the glass. He reassured me about the use of gas.

I hired Amir to do the maintenance on our furnace. Thankfully I was observing the work he was doing and saw him accidentally break the tube that drained the water from the furnace to the pump. Unfortunately, he did not have a spare tube and said he would return to fix the piece within 2-3 days.

The MISTAKE I made was that I had paid him in full for the maintenance performed although the part was still broken. It took approximately 2 weeks for my furnace to be repaired with not only being ignored and brushed off but also fed endless excuses, such as family issues, that it was not urgent to have the part replaced as it wasn’t required until the winter time, etc.

If a contractor breaks a piece of your equipment while performing a service that they claim to be qualified in, the urgency to fix their mistake should take precedence on everything else. I do not recommend this individual to perform any HVAC work on your furnace or A/C as his knowledge is questionable.

I shopped around to many places before purchasing an air conditioner. I found Amir to be the most helpful and honest of all the contractor I met. I was looking at purchasing a more expensive unit and Amir explained to me why I was wasting my money and sold me a less expensive unit. Their service was very good. I recommend them.

Needed a new gas fireplace. Called a few contractors who seemed disinterested in coming to my house to check it out as I needed a special unit (peninsula version). Called Impressive and spoke to Amir. Found him to take a special interest without hesitation. What a difference ! He took his time to research and get me the best price he could. Came to the house to check it out before the start of the job. Kept me informed of his work, including issues he encountered, but was very fair cost wise. He even did some repairs to the drywall that was not contracted for at no additional charge. I was extremely satisfied with his work and his professionalism. I would highly recommend Impressive Climate Control.

I waited 3 months for Impressive to make things right but refuses to call me, therefore I feel it is warranted that his practices be know. I paid 7k to Impressive for work on my home. This included a water tank, air conditioner and a air exchanger. All was good until he received my cheque. Then Impressive misplaced my old tank when returning it to Direct Energy.....which I kept being billed by Direct Energy. Promised to send me a cheque for over billing from Direct Energy but never did. Tried to pass another tank in my name with a different serial# and model but failed. Cut me off his email. Refused to call me back when promised. Impressive also laughed at me when I told him I would call the police for trying to pass the other water tank. Most important, Impressive refuses as of today to give me any detailed paper work with warranty. I also got the feeling during initial conversation that if I need any service for the products...he may not show up.
