This company was recommended as an alternative to bigger ones in Ottawa. They came in an did a thorough review of what equipment we had and proposed several options to reuse what could be salvaged and add other items to secure our house. I really appreciate that you own the equipment outright and that the monitoring contract is month to month. You are not locked, and it is far more affordable than other companies we contacted. The installation went very well and everything was done according what was previously agreed upon. If you want a custom security package at a very reasonable price for your home, I highly recommend this company.

We have used this company for an Alarm System. Although a small family run company, they are pleasant and extremely knowledgeable in their system and competitions. They are honest and reliable and can be reach anytime night or day.

Alarm installation

Robert and his son installed an alarm at our home. They were able to cleanly wire it into windows and doors without the need for wireless (saved money). It's super high tech with online monitoring. Cheaper than Rogers with more flexibility down the road for home automation. I will upgrade to 5 stars once they wire our bathroom basement window which was missed by accident.

What could this company do to improve their services?: Make smaller stickers for our windows (they are looking into this)
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Call them. Don't bother with ADT or Rogers. With HSMP you'll get an automated, wired system with a platform that down the road will allow for home temperature changes, lights on etc. very helpful
