Vacuumville

Julian installed a replacement central vacuum cleaner for me on Aug. 23. I chose Vacuumville because of all the positive reviews on HomeStars. He was very professional and worked quickly. However, I wrote a negative review of Vacuumville because of a price dispute. Julian responded immediately and we were able to work out a compromise. Julian obviously cares a lot about Vacuumville and his reputation. He has demonstrated that he is fair and trustworthy and I would recommend him and his services.

Julian was very prompt and efficient. He replaced my central vac unit with a much better one that we are very happy with. He was always polite and very nice to deal with. We thought his prices were maybe a bit higher, but factoring in the time he spent to install probably makes him on par with other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Julian and his company!

I brought a central vac system with a hose package from Julian last month. For some odd reason the hose would shut off and turn back on for no reason when I am using it, I called Julian to tell him the problem - within a couple of days he came to my house. He diagnosed the issue and replaced my hose at no charge. He has great customer service and very reliable. If he says he will come by to your house he will. I am very happy with his service. Not all service people will come back after they sold you their product but Julian stands behind his product. I am so happy that I brought the system from him and know that if I have any issues I can always count on him.

I recently moved into a new home that had an old central vacuum that wasn’t working well. I checked on Homestar and found Julian. Called him and he came the same day. He was great – educated me about central vacuum and updated my system. I also called him back to help me shampoo my carpet. His prices are very reasonable. He has excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone. Now I am in love my central vacuum, I can’t go back to using a regular vacuum.

When my aunt moved to her new house in Richmond Hill and called me to see if I knew any one that could repair their central vacuum, I contacted a friend of mine and he recommended Vacuumville since he had a very good experience with this company.
A couple of days later, I received a call from my aunt who was quite excited that her central vacuum was fixed and was so satisfied with the service she received. She was so impressed by Julian's professionalism and honesty.

I am 100% happy about vacuumville service. Julian offered a few options within my budget on a new central vacuum. When he came for the installation he found that wire we had already was damaged during a previous renovation. He came within a few days with more equipment, found the exact problem and fixed it. Our new vacuum (we decided on Electrolux) works fine. Everything was done fast and on time. Thank you, Julian. Highly recommended.
