Quick response for a quote, Dolby called back the same day and recommended a system that met our needs with a competitive price. Installation went smoothly, he was very detailed and professional.
Couple weeks passed and I called with what I thought a sensor glitch (which turned out to be nothing), Dolby was quick to respond and came the same day. He checked each door and window sensor for reassurance and even changed one of the glass break sensor when it didn't respond to his standard. The customer service is amazing and I will definitely recommend JTL!
