The company installed a Lennox 7000 btu in my townhouse 2 1/2 years ago and the blowers stopped working. I thought the system is suppose to last a lot longer than that.
The service department agree to fix the problem for me but the parts will not arrive until 4 weeks later. At the mean time my house is without air conditioning and heating. The forecast for the next 10 days are over 37 degree C.
Am I unlucky or the company is selling sub standard equipment?
