Constant Home Comfort

Unfortunately my 3-year AC stopped working in Aug. Constant Home Comfort really did an awesome job to help me to solve the problem in a timely manner. Huge thanks to the repair service manager Tina and Technician Mr. Wei who made huge efforts end to end, from investigating the issue, communicated to the manufacture and find the parts, and then made AC work perfectly again. As those AC off days were extra hot and we had seniors and babies at home, they showed super care and sympathy and did whatever they could to accelerate the process. Tina personally delivered the parts to my house in late evening just to save time for technician. And then Mr. Wei was very patient to fix all issues until late night. I feel appreciated that they really put customers first. Compared to experience of my friend who did not had their AC fixed until 2 months later with other companies, I feel lucky to have all my home bundle with Constant Home Comfort.
