Constant Home Comfort

This summer my family decided to go with Constant Home Comfort after our family friend recommended them. Their professional and courteous services were commendable. The sales agent was highly knowledgeable and provided many advices. My family originally only wanted to install an air conditioner but when the sales agent by the name of “Cary” came to our house, he noticed our home was noticeably hotter than the average temperature. He then offered to take a look at our heating systems too. He found out that the systems were really old and then patiently explained to us the pros and cons of our current systems. I think the whole consultation took like 3 hours. He pretty much inspected our entire house. My parents never felt pushed into his products but rather got convinced through his reasonings and professionalism. Prices are competitive and he offered various packages accommodating to our needs.

At the end, we got a Carrier brand furnace and air conditioner (same as our friend). Amazing products!! So quiet. Installation was speedy. The installers were also courteous and very accommodating to our odd work schedules.

This time we needed a water heater tank because we found water leaking from the bottom of the old tank. It was Cary who helped us out again. I called him Sunday morning and he immediately remembered us. Apparently he always saves the customers’ contact information. I was very lucky because they have the last giant power stock and he arranged the installation in the afternoon same day. Same excellent services. Consistency in customer services is important to us. Thank you Cary and his technician Jason for all the help. Highly recommend this company.
