I have used a few cleaning services before, but Hire A Maid has been by far the best. I was particularly impressed by their thorough onboarding process - their team had a fairly comprehensive questionnaire to ensure they understood my cleaning needs and preferences, and to ensure the cleaner had enough information to navigate my apartment. I appreciate the timely communication with the head office.
The cleaners have also done a fantastic job each time. Great attention to detail, and such a pleasure to come home to a clean, fresh-smelling home.
