Contracted abc concrete for concrete work.very reliable,did what they promised to do.very professional workers.the work still looks great .also they did follow up customer service .would recommend this company for their good device and reasonable price

ABC did our driway in 2014 fall, it looks beautiful at that time, but by winter , we started noticeing white spots on some areas. By next spring, 2015, lots of white spots and some crakings and called the ABC. Finally they came and fix the cracking by pouring some cement on it and resealed the driway for the white spots by end of the summer. Now 2016 spring, with white spots again and also porch steps ,some thing in white colour is oozing out from the steps . Called ABC, booked appoinment many times , but never showed up.

ABC Concrete (Mr. Nick). did our Stamped Concrete Work for Front and Regular Colored Concrete Work for Back Yard in May 2014. Job did by them was of Poor Quality. Top of the Back Yard started Peeling off after a few month. Once I complained to Mr. Nick. I called him about 10 times and Text him a couple of times. He rarely Reply. He said its not his duty to reply every call or Text. As a Customer, I have call him again & again. Because I need favour from his. Also He said this is common problem after 4-5 years. When I told him that this work was done a few months ago then he said OK, he will send someone to Fix these Patched. The whole Back Yard Looks Horrible. A couple of months have already been past. No-one came to fix. Now Nick is also avoiding my Calls and Messages. Now I have left with No Choice except Negative Remarks about this Company. I've given them the entire year to come and fix the issues. I relied upon his (Nick) words that you would fix it, but you haven't. So I have to rate your workmanship as poor and customer service horrible. So be Careful and think twice before giving Job to this Company. Please find a better company.......This one's just takes your 11k-12K (Yes that's how much I paid) and not a hint of professionalism!! and Customer Services after you paid them...........So Stay away..

I live on a corner property and ABC concrete Co did the decorative concrete on my driveway, side walks and a patio in my back yard. I paid an additional $500.00 to get a circle design in the center of the driveway. The first year I notice chips in the concrete only in the circle. I called the company, they told me that it is salt. I tried explaining that if it is salt why only the circle and not the rest of the driveway. It has been 3 years and it got worse and the company refused to fix it. So the design became an eye sore. I called in other concrete companies and was told that inferior quality cement was poured into the circle. ABC was rude and arrogant in their communication and refused to address the problem.

Not Reliable people, Work is good but if they come, they have worst commitment towards their work and schedule, do not pay upfront and try some where else, their people never pickup and return phone calls. I would not recommended.

contract signed in april, no calls returned and no work started till july end.Took them a whole 8 months to do a job which also not done correctly as i have water pooling all over the patio front and back and again no calls.Never returns any calls.also damage to property.
