Sos Wildlife Control

Found out that our friendly neighbor Raccoon has moved in with us in our roof. Called Sherwin (SOS WILDLIFE) the next day, he came and placed a trapped door peanut butter and cover any places with mesh to prevent future entrance of Raccoon or any other pest. Sherwin came back after 2 weeks and removed the trapped door and replaced the whole with mesh. Professional, straight forward, and fast. Great service and experience

We recently had a raccoon problem in our porch. We called SOS wildlife and Sherwin came the next day. he was extremely professional, and was able to video the area where the raccoons were entering. Unfortunately we had a large opening that required additional patching. Sherwin was able to do the work plus put the trap door in place. He returned 2 weeks later and removed the trap door and we have had no issues since. I would highly recommend this company for any wildlife issues!

We called on a Saturday and Sherwin and his team were able to make it over first thing Sunday morning. Super-professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We loved that they took a video so that we could see exactly what was going on up on the roof. Hardworking and honest guys - would reco them to anyone.

We recently moved to our bungalow in North York and while I was away on a trip, my wife called me all frantic that there were sounds coming from the attic. I knew right away that we had an animal issue, so I went online to check for any services or get some advise. I came across SOS Wildlife and I found their website to be very informative about animal control and most importantly, the dangers of dealing with the animal directly.

I called their 800 number and spoke to Emma who was very professional and right away connected me to one of the technicians on the phone. I got an appointment for the following day and meanwhile the technician assured me there will not be any danger to us as long as we don't confront the animal!!! Point well noted!

Next day, the technician (Jerry) showed up on time and went up to our attic and discovered Raccoon FECES!! He then setup a couple of traps and then proceeded to go on the roof to find the entry point. He spend some time doing all this and took some videos which showed the big mess they had created as well as the roof pipe which was the entry point. At this pint I felt overwhelmed with all the destruction in my attic and roof, I was quite annoyed. The technicians explained everything thoroughly and assured me that all of this could be rectified through:

1) Changing your insulation - needs to be done given the toxic nature of Raccoon fescs
2) Sealing the entry point with high gauge mesh
3) Preventative measures - sealing other potential entry points (I.e. Roof vents, chimney, soffits).

I didn't feel pressured by him to move forward do this, as he put it gently "is for you to know our professional opinion"..so I told the technician that I will get back to him. That night I did a lot of research on the web to understand if I truly needed to all of these. One thing I learned from almost every site, was that Raccoons are very smart animals and they will find a way to get back into the home that you kicked them out of (specially near spring when it's mating season). All sites recommended taking right preventative measures to avoid pain and anxiety later on...and of course thousands of dollars in further damages and removal costs. Essentially spend more and pay less later!

Few days later the Raccoon had come out of the one way door and I saw that he was trying to get back in another way. I quickly called SOS back and the technician came back within 2 hrs, safely removed the Raccoon. I then decided to have SOS complete a full cleanup and preventative job on my roof to ensure all the other vulnerable entry points are protected. They gave me a one year warranty on the product and service.

I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. We haven't had any issues since and I've recommended the service to my colleague who had Bat problems and was also very pleased.

I was awakened in the middle of the night to what I assumed was a raccoon in our attic. I called SOS Wildlife Control as the previous company I called in the spring did nothing to protect my home from re-invasion of raccoons. Sherwin was extremely helpful, informative and professional; he answered all of my questions and set up an appointment to give me an estimate later on in the same day. While I was at work he called me and sent me video of the damage the raccoons had made getting into our home. He then fixed the damage and protected the areas that are vulnerable to raccoons and other pests, like squirrels and birds. We have the peace of mind now that no other animal will be getting in and can sleep well at night thanks to Sherwin!

Sherwin and his team answered my calls promptly, were respectful of my property as well as my neighbour's property, and provided excellent customer service at every level.

For about two months I heard some loud noises in my ceiling. Finally, I opened my attic hatched door and saw a RACCOON looking at me. I started searching online for wildlife removal company to come and help me getting rid of my problem. I called many different companies to ask some questions but no one explained to me how the process is going to work. Finally, I called SOS WILDLIFE and spoke to their customer service person named JAMIE and he explained to me how the procedure works. I was very satisfied and book an appointment right away for the next day and the wildlife technician (JOSH) showed up on time and he took me outside to his truck showing me all the material and the equipment and also the one-way door he is going to install on the main entry point for the animal. He also told me about animal proofing the other potential entries. So I did it because I did not want the RACCOON to come back. SOS WILDLIFE service was very professional and I highly recommend them to everyone.

After the frightening experience of discovering a bat in our home, we called SOS Wildlife. The lady who picked up the phone was extremely nice and told us that someone would be over immediately. My home was invaded by some incredibly stubborn squirrels. I called SOS wildlife, based on their video and reviews, where it was obvious that they were compassionate to the animals, and did quality work to keep them out of the house. And they did NOT disappoint. They came exactly when they said they would, they were extremely respectful of the neighbor's properties, and worked very quickly, Sherwin had to come back several times because the little monsters created a new door for themselves and every single time he was very pleasant to deal with. The price was absolutely reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend SOSwildlife to anyone that has a wildlife issue. Now I just need to get used to the angry stares through the window by the neighborhood squirrels.
