We had a new roof installed in December 2013. Although pleased with the job at the time, we discovered a water leak inside our home in the ceiling foyer in March 2014. We called Chris as it appeared it could be coming from the new roof install. We were told "We should have shovelled the snow off our roof." After further discussion, and expressing our discontent, Chris noted he would send someone to look at it. Several calls later, two employees showed up, only to find that in fact, the flashing had been installed wrong; it was stepped improperly and therefore the snow melt and recent rain, all flowed into our garage/attic, causing much damage. Although they did repair the flashing, they made no offer to repair the mess we are now left to deal with in our foyer, for which we feel they are liable. The ceiling needs to be scraped, mudded and re-painted. There was no follow up call from Chris to see if our problem has been resolved (water leak) and no attempt to assist us with a problem that they are responsible for; we are not impressed.
Chris was quick to accept the initial job and payment when it was done, but has not come by to see the damage or make any attempt to compensate us for it. I would not recommend this company.

Thank You for your review Greg. I would like to say that my initial response was that the cause of your problem was from snow due to the terrible winter we had, but I would send guys out to asses. Although you did call a few times I answered the phone every time and the guys were there in a couple days, there was no delay. I did not follow up because I went to your house when the guys were there to make sure the problem was corrected properly(you were not there). Yes there was a simple mistake with the flashing, it does happen sometimes. When we spoke on the phone you never mentioned any damage which needed to be fixed. I have no problem having the issue resolved, we are responsible for it. I'm sorry that you feel like you cannot recommend us for an other wise amazing job on your roof. Cheers
