Judge for yourself based on the exchange :)
We initially asked for lawn aeration, and asked for a quote. The person:
1. The day before, said invoice will be provided later in the day - did not happen.
2. Asked for invoice - said invoice will be provided after the service - but service was never planned yesterday.
1) and 2) are logically contradictory. Somehow following up on a promise made is harassment? Hmm...
The truth is this company simply wants to string potential clients along. Do you want to deal with a company like this? :)

Wow, you really are crazy. I've been serving clients in your community for over 25 years. My reviews speak for themselves and are honest and truthful unlike yours. I didn't string you along, I said your aeration should wait. We received snow today April 21st. Who would've thought. I always deliver on what I promise. I told you the price and you insisted on getting the invoice before the service always delivered. You were impatient even though I made you aware of the cost. I would never want to work for someone like you. I deal with courteous clients only and you certainly lack that. The fact that you wrote me this review too also shows me that you lack a certain Je ne said quoi and I'd rather work with people more truthful, patient and understanding.
