The AGM renovations team brought world class service with excellent delivery when I engaged them to finish my basement. Under the leadership of Colton (Project Manager), the project was completed on time. Peer review from other trade that have been privilege to work in the basement attest to the quality of work done and the material used for the project. We recently had AGM complete our basement renovation and we love it! The AGM team were supportive and attentive to our needs, were easy to reach, and the workmanship was amazing. We moved in as soon as it was completed and we have not left our basement since. The ideas of design and what our options were make the space not even feel like a basement.

I recently had my bathrooms remodeled by AGM based on my previous experience with this company in 2017 that finished my basement. Despite some of the challenges along the way during pandemic I am quite happy with final product and I would recommend AGM based on their reputation and customer service.

We found AGM through Homestars and we decided to finish our basements with them. We are pleased with the final finished basement that we have. The work was finished in April 2020 and we had a minor warranty issue. AGM addressed the warranty issue also within reasonable time. We are happy and will recommend AGM for basement finishing work to everyone

Where to start...well how about from the beginning. From my first call to the finishing details on my basement, I received exceptional customer service and the most professional workmanship. I was beyond impressed!
Eric Burton, the Sales Consultant understood exactly what we wanted and respected the budget we were working with. He made us feel comfortable and took his time to provide us with many options to fit our budget.
Alexandra Arksey, the Design Consultant created a beautiful space. She took into consideration all of our wants and provided us with several 3D images to help us decide on the best options. She always took her time and we never felt rushed when asking her a multitude of questions and making any changes.
Our next step was to meet with the our dedicated Project Manager. Just when you think it can’t get any better...enter Colton Young. The passion he has comes out in everything he does. He makes you feel comfortable and excited. Any apprehensions we had about our final decisions were taken into consideration. His team of tradesmen treated our home like their own. The workmanship was A+. We never felt disrupted or inconvenienced. He provided a schedule every Sunday for the upcoming week so we always knew what was being done and when. Even while he was on vacation he made himself available to us and thankfully we didn’t have to contact him as everything ran smoothly. Colton always answers his call and promptly responds to all emails.
The framers are exceptional. You can’t go wrong with Uri and Anton. They solidified any seconds thoughts we had and offered suggestions to optimize our space. Their work ethic and workmanship was second to none.
As the project came to an end there were are few issues that arose but Vasyl (new PM) got involved and he resolved them with professionalism and urgency. And finally Anil Dubey in Customers Relations came to ensure we were happy with everything as a wonderful final touch.
Couldn’t have made a better decision than to choose AGM to create a beautiful basement that meets our family’s needs. Great use of space and absolutely gorgeous!

We chose AGM Renovations because we were most impressed with there attention to detail during the quote process. They are very professional and organized. Gloria was our designer, she was creative and patient until we were 100% happy. Courtney, our Project Manager, was very helpful and professional. The workers who came in were all professional, tidy, and friendly. Cengiz finished the project and was so lovely to deal with and so helpful. At the end of my basement renovation, they had cleaners come in and clean up everything.

She gave me the schedule of which tradesperson was coming to my house for the week so there was no surprises. The workers who came in were tidy, friendly and efficient. At the end of my basement renovation, they had cleaners come in and clean up everything. It was a top to bottom renovation. My basement was unfinished before, and AGM Renovations came in and made it my own space. They painted and did all the finish from top to bottom, turn key.

AGM came and was able to start quite fast. They were helpful in coaching us through the individual details and appreciated and tolerated all our fussy choices. We will be very happy and warm for years to come in our basement.
