AGM Renovations

Let me start by saying AGM's sub was amazing and kept me well informed of who was coming, when they were coming, and what they were doing. He was great at checking with me whether things were satisfactory or not. Lights were installed in incorrect positions, but sub corrected that right away.

As for AGM.... our Project Manager, sent us one templated welcome email to start the project and we never ever heard from him ever again - even when the project was finished. There was absolutely NO communication with us. Because our house was built in the early 70's an asbestos tester hired by AGM took samples mid June. The sub arrived two days later to begin the demo of the bathroom. I informed him that the asbestos report had not been received and that perhaps he should wait until the testing was completed. He demoed the bathroom anyways. The asbestos report was received two weeks later showing that the bathroom had tested positive for asbestos in several places. AGM did not contact me about the report at all - I only found out because the tester sent me a copy of the report. Not once during the project did AGM ever come on site to inspect the work or progress.

The bathroom began leaking into the kitchen below it shortly after the project was completed. I contacted the bathroom sub and he is amazing - he visited within the hour, and used his camera to find the leak. The sub told us there is a faulty part, he ordered a replacement and he advised us not to use the shower until he fixed it. I did not tell AGM that I had contacted the sub as I was curious as to how AGM would handle the situation. As I never heard from our bathroom PM, I informed our kitchen PM of the bathroom leak. Their solution was to just to patch the ceiling. We are still waiting to be able to shower in our own home.

Recently completed a basement renovation project with AGM and we are completely satisfied with the project; our basement is now a place we actually want to spend time in. Big thanks to Carm our Project Manager; he kept us updated with what was happening and returned all communications. The workers were great; very respectful and polite. Thanks so much Carm and AGM.

ARG did a beautiful Kitchen for us. It is really nice. Our project was delayed due to they had problem with the supplier/contractors issue. But, they resolved the problems. I did not push too much for the deadline and gave them extra time and finally got a good kitchen.

We recently hired AGM to finish our basement and we are so happy with it! We were unsure what we wanted done with our basement and AGM was so helpful in designing and guiding us through the process. We loved that the company is a one stop shop and provides options for all finishings so we didnt have source anything ourselves.

We had Sasa as our project manager and he was fantastic from start to finish. He is super responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to help with whatever we needed. With a large project like this, your point of contact is very important and we couldnt have asked for a better project manager!

Overall, I would highly recommend AGM for all your renovation needs!

Needed to have more cupboard space and a modern looking kitchen. I am very pleased with my new kitchen. It was professionally done.

I hired AGM to renovate my kitchen because they guaranteed completing the renovation in 3 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks since they started demo and nearly no work has been completed. The experience has been horrible, marked by little to no communication from AGM, and poor quality workmanship. I strongly recommend avoiding AGM for your renovation projects.
Update: It is now 6 months since demo and 10 months since my first invoice was made to AGM and still no sign of a finish timeline
This company is providing false and misleading advertisements and contracts to clients without the means or intent to follow through on these promises and obligations.

AGM is an excellent company to work with. I provided my kitchen renovation idea and I knew exactly what my final product would look like before we even started the demo. I am very pleased with everything and highly recommend them. The quality of workmanship is above par and I would definitely work with them again. It was a pleasure working with Natasha, Saba and Vladim. Thanks guys for your patience, because you know that I had a lot of demands.

AGM Renovations did an excellent job in the upgrade of our kitchen. We received excellent help from Igor with the design and selection of the materials and colour's. The tradesmen who completed the different jobs were on time , efficient and clean
