AGM Renovations

The basement reno was supposed to be 28 business days it went to 9 weeks. Sometimes no one would come and no one would tell us why. Pm was not proactive telling us the schedule, I had to call the PM every time.
Final product was great though, quality of the basement was excellent. The electrician and finisher - handyman were both excellent professionals. Design team was also excellent. The project management side issues prevented me from giving 10/10. Overall we love the basement.

Washroom reno was excellent. This was done after the basement renovations was completed. Project start was delayed as we were waiting for the basement renovation to finish. It restored my faith in AGM Renovations. Ivan and William was an exemplary team to work with. I reported previously of a shower head leak but this may be resolved. The quality of the final product was exemplary ! William was very good in communicating the status of the project.
