I had an emergency service call from AIM for my water heater during the COVID pandemic. Steve kindly walked me through their new protocols and had a service person over to my house extremely quickly to fix the issue. The service person was very professional, wore an N95 mask, gloves and shoe covers - we felt very safe during the entire process. Steve then provided a follow-up call to see how the service went which we felt was a nice personal touch.
