I had an issue at my rental property with sound travelling through the ductwork from one tenant's apartment into the other. Steve contacted my tenant, set a date (promptly), came out and accessed the situation. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to move the ductwork, but Steve suggested that I insulate the duct and that should solve the acoustic issues.
