Elite Trade Painting (Calgary)

We had Elite Trade stain our fence as well as the wood trim on our home. They also painted the trim on our garage. The young lady who did most of the work did a terrific job and was very meticulous. Another young man came to finish it off and wasn't quite as dedicated but it was still mostly good. Overall we were very happy with the service and would recommend them.

We had Elite paint our fence and the exterior of our home. They came back to double check and fix any missing areas. The quote was accurate and the job looked great! Our home really got a great update.

Randy and his awesome crew turned our new condo into a freshly painted home and did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess and shoddy paint job that was as a result of us hiring the wrong painter first. Once we asked for a quote online Chris called us quickly. He was easy to speak with and answered all the questions we had. And we answered his to better understand our needs. A few quotes later the work began. Randy, David and Jamie were fantastic. They are a super team who care about doing a great job which they did! Always on time and cleaned up at the end
of every day. The work was completed on time. All costs were as expected. We are very pleased!

Chris promised and delivered without compromise. Staff were unbelievable to the point we missed them when they were finished. Quality of work above reproach and we would unhesitatingly recommend Elite to any and all. John and Jamie you are the best.

We needed our open living room, kitchen, dining, and tall foyer painted. We also needed all our ceilings painted. Because they are flat a good paint job was essential. Chris told us that Elite could spray the ceilings for a smoother finish. The end result was great. The walls were done really well with careful attention to the edges. I was impressed with how Chris responded quickly to a request for quote. The price was fair and the quality of paint good. Painters cleaned up well.

We have owned and restored many homes over the years. Finding a competent, amicable and professional contractor has always been challenging and my wife and I have suffered the consequences of inferior workmanship more times that I care to remember. When it was time to paint our stucco bungalow, I interviewed a number of reputable companies and ultimately chose Elite Trade Painting for the exterior and interior work. Chris McDonah came to our home to discuss our needs and I was seriously impressed with his product knowledge and easy going attitude. He guided me through all of the product options and answered every question I had without being aggressive or dismissive. He's just a nice guy who doesn't B.S. people. How refreshing!
Needless to say, the workmanship was impeccable. The crew always showed up on time and cleaned up after each session. I like to be involved in the process and Chris and his guys were always friendly and accommodating with my questions and concerns. Email and phone communication was excellent and whenever we needed handholding, Chris or his amazing staff were always there for us. The level of quality was so outstanding that we've received a number of compliments from our neighbors and friends. Communication with Chris was always easy and prompt. Chris answered all of our questions and gave us an estimate that was clear, detailed and competitive. The work was great and the team was always friendly, professional and efficient. If I had another project in the future, they would be at the top of my list.

After making the quote request online, I got a call the next day and the estimate was scheduled for few days later. Chris showed up promptly and explained to me everything that I wanted to know and answered all my questions. Price was comparable to one other painting company that I requested quote for. But I felt that Chris was more knowledgeable in the trade because he explained things in more details. Also, when I looked at the itemized tasks in the contract, Elite Trade Painting had described tasks in more detail than the other company. Even things like “repair missing caulking” was listed, while the other company didn’t mention anything about it. So I was more confident that Elite Trade Painting will do everything that is described in the contract and pay attention to details.
It took more than a month to schedule the project start date because it was raining a lot. One day he told me that he’ll come the next day sometime in the mid-day to start the project, and that he didn’t need my presence. I went to work in the morning as usual, and by the time I came home in the evening, the painting crew already cleaned up and left, and the work was almost completed in the first day for the two-day project. My house looks so sharp now with fresh coat of paint. I’m very pleased with the result and the entire process.

I had the exterior of my house painted by the great team at Elite Trade Painting a few weeks ago. I was very impressed with the job and would highly recommend them to anyone. They arrived when they said they would, fixed all the damaged areas before painting them,were careful not to get paint where it wasn't supposed to be and took great care to keep the area clean. I will certainly get Chris and his crew at Elite back when I need more painting done.
