I had an issue with a leaky faucet, and living in a condo, water issues are not something I like to leave unaddressed.
I called The Toronto Plumber and they made an appointment for the next day.
Alex arrived 10 minutes early, and by the time I had reached the front desk, he'd already intro'd himself to the concierge and arranged his parking. Alex was cordial, easygoing and professional. He located the problem within approximately 10 minutes, and showed me what the issue was prior to fixing. The job was completed within an hour, including a small clean-up which Alex also performed (showing his attention to detail).
Bottom line - Alex is a good guy who knows his stuff - a professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any family or friends in need of plumbing assistance, be it troubleshooting, repairs or installation.

I called based on other reviews and so glad I did. I was worried that we would have to balance getting the city to turn off the water outside so that the inside tap could be replaced and then back on again. When I called the person I spoke to, was very knowledgeable and explained the steps. We had Alex, who turned up right after the water was turned off. I realised it would require some keyhole surgery and that some of the wall would be removed to do this. The wall was removed carefully. The pipe and valve was then replaced. At that point the tap to the hot water tank could be replaced. We had plenty of time to call the city and have the water restored.

A truly incredible experience from start to finish. I spoke with Taras on the telephone and had me in contact with Alex the plumber within minutes. He arrived after what must have been a very busy day but was extremely patient, professional and courteous. He sourced the necessary parts (hard to find cartritges) early the following morning. Once at our home he worked carefully and efficiently and did an incredible job. Everything working well and the new vanity looks great!

I had a leak in my laundry room and Alex showed up within a half hour and fixed it right away. They were polite and professional. Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Quick response from Alex. He visited, gave me an estimate, and came back within the hour to complete the work (fix a toilet, and repair sink drain). Work done quickly, efficiently, and clean.

We just moved into our new home and the shower stopped working on its second go. We had some trouble finding a plumber to help (one company said they would have to tear out the wall). We were getting nervous.

Alex came out and fixed the issue in twenty minutes (wall intact). He was friendly, professional and explained the whole process. Highly recommend.

In the middle of kitchen renovations and doesn’t my hot water pipe start rattling...again. Three years ago I was told I needed to change my faucet. Paid for that plus installation and figured problem was solved. Nope. My bathroom started rattling as well. I also paid for installation from Home Depot and still, a week later, haven’t heard from. I went through Home Stars, found Toronto Plumber.ca, called at 8:30 am in the morning and Alex came out right away. He figured out in less than 10 minutes that it was my water heater. Thank God. I also asked him to install my dishwasher before my new floors go in, since Home Depot is just abysmal with installation services. I am so happy I could cry. Really thought I was going to have to replace pipes and dig through a wall. Alex took me step by step what happened and to inform Enbridge of my Water Heater issues since I rent it from them. Mission accomplished. Home renos back on track. Only using Alex from now on. Call this company people. Amazing service.

Alex arrived promptly as scheduled the day of the work. He reviewed what needed to be done, and gave a fair estimate for the work involved. This was a tub to walk-in shower renovation. Alex worked diligently to install the shower set assembly for a somewhat complicated rain shower/hand wand assembly. He also had to connect a drain to the existing floor pipe. I was pleased with his explanation of what needed to be done, and extra advice to pass on to my contractor. Once the tiling and other work is done, I plan on asking Alex to return, to complete the installation of the shower set, and to upgrade the plumbing in the second bathroom and kitchen.

Alex arrived minutes after I had sent my request online. He was quick and efficient and very friendly. He was very helpful and provided me with excellent advice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who need quick and knowledgeable service! Thanks Alex

I cannot recommend this company enough - they are wonderful. They are polite, professional, honest and on-time :)

Our pipes under the sink were corroded and needed replacing. Upon fixing it, the plumber kindly informed us that the faucet was also corroded. As he did not have a faucet on hand, he went out of his way to buy one and return to install it the same day (only an hour or so after fixing the pipes). I would also like to state that plumber who fixed our pipes/sink is the owner of the company. Overall, my experience was incredibly positive and I would recommend them to anyone in need.
