I had a issue in December with Cabin monoxide. Enbridge shut off the furnace and Dan from Air Leaders was able to come the same day for servicing. As it turned out I had to get a new furnace. Dan went above and beyond in trying to get me financing for the unit. He set up installation appointment, provided and assisted in putting electric heaters all over the house in effort to to avoiding frozen pipes. The guys did an awesome job with the installation, awesome over the top service with content updates and guidance. Thank you Dan and team!

I contacted Air Leaders through the Noritz website as my tankless hot water heater was showing a fault. Dan recommended a new heater as my repairs would be costly. Unfortunately I had to wait over the weekend for the new tankless hot water heater to be installed but once the unit was in the installation went smoothly. Dan was very informative and helpful! We realized we didn’t have hot water and called him at a rather late time, left a message, not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded right away! Came over the next day and informed us that the current tank we’re using isn’t a good one and gave us the history as to why that is. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and he wasn’t pushy either! Got our water tank replaced, he was right on time and made sure him and his partner didn’t leave a mess afterwards! Great experience!

Air Leaders Inc has been maintaining our Furnace and air conditioner 7 or 8 years now. Always did a professional job anytime he came over and always explaining what he did and anything that l should do as a homeowner to help keep things running as efficient as best as l can. When it was time to replace the furnace and the air conditioner, he went through all the steps, explaining what needed to be done, choose the right furnace and air conditioner for the house and the cost. After the installation of both units, Dan and his crew, clean up the area took the old units with them. l was very please with their work. Since l have a smoke detector already installed, Dan suggested l put a gas detector near the furnace which l did. Safety first, thanks Dan
