Elite Team Home Inspections

This is our second home which we used Lighthouse Inspections to perform a home inspection.

The most recent inspection was done up north of Newmarket, and Michael was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Michael arrived early and began as soon as we got there.

He answered every question that we had and was very forthcoming with everything that he found.

During the inspection Michael walked us through everything that he found as he found them and explained everything in easy to understand terms.

By the end of the inspection, Michael provided us with a binder containing a very detailed break-down of the house and we were confident that we knew the pros and the cons of this home.

We bought an older home that we wanted as a fixer upper so we really wanted a thorough inspection completed. Our real estate agent referred us to Michael, and he lived up to his reputation. He was puncual and took the time to inspect every area of the home, inside and out, including the roof. At every stage he stopped to share his thoughts and provide feedback us. At the end he went through the entire binder of notes that he put together with his recommendations, answered all our questions and put us at ease that we made the right decision to purchase our home. Michael and his team where easy to work with, Michael save us alot of money by finding hidden issues in the house we had make an offer on.
