First I must say nothing in life is perfect, However I am pleased with my basement, I almost didn't recognised it.
Roberto, the finishing Manager make sure that everything was up to my liking and that I was satisfied
However, I was a bit disappointed about my stone wall being flat as I've wanted it to stick out a little bit as I've shown my designer in a picture that I took at an open house but I don't know what happened, as I first said nothing in life is perfect

Pobody’s Nerfect? We’re glad you are thrilled with the finished basement, but that won’t stop us asking where the disconnect on the stone wall finish came from back here at the office. If it wasn’t something that could be done, we’d like to know you were informed. And if it was something not clearly communicated during the design process — in either direction — perhaps due to interpretation of the photo, we’ll investigate that as well. You’re right, no build job will go off without a hitch of some sort (no matter how much we wish otherwise), but it doesn’t mean that we can’t learn something from every job to help enhance the next customer experience.
