Excellent work by all trades - framers, boarders, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and flooring. Very courteous, friendly and respectful. Well supported by knowledgable finishing supervisor (Roberto) who responded to all our questions and concerns with a real customer-centred approach. Areas for improvement would include regularity of follow-ups on permit applications with local municipalities, responsiveness to inquiries on design options (very slow response), hand-offs to different managers\supers at different stages of construction and overwhelming need for single over-arching PM to coordinate\liaise with customer from beginning to end of process. Additionally, buildertrend needs to be much more user friendly. I would definitely recommend Penguin to my friends and family with the areas for improvement described.

As for BuilderTrend, we agree it would be nicer if it had a more user-friendly interface, but unfortunately, it is the only available app at the moment that does all we need it to do. Perhaps in the future, we may be able to build our own. Enjoy your basement.
