Meeting with Alex was a delight, he explained what our options in terms of window styles and we'll as trim options, and window construction. When it came time for the install, his crew were friendly, courteous, on time. They cleaned up after themselves isnide the house and out. I have recommended Alex and New Look windows and doors to all my friends and family.

I had all the windows (expect the basement) and front and back door replaced. It was done in timely manner- 4 weeks (some companies said it would take 8 weeks). Alex was very patient and not pushy which I appreciated. He listened to what we wanted and made sure everything was as done as discussed. Even though had a minor issue with the bathroom window not being installed with the frosted glass was because it was over looked by both parties in the contract (but we had talked about it). Alex was resolve the issue without a hassle and in a very timely manner that weekend. Overall I was very happy with the work that was done and would recommend.

My wife and I had New Look Windows and Doors replace large window. The window was a particularly large 5 casement bow window. The windows we got are a great product that came with a lifetime warranty and New Look installers really took the time to do a thorough and excellent installation. Our house is an older home and as expected, some things do not necessarily end up true and square and you can encounter some surprises when things are opened up, the installers really took their time to make sure any adjustments were made for a perfect installation, I never felt that the work was rushed and that their installation team really cared.I would not hesitate to recommend New Look Windows and Doors.
