After we saw the work Alex and his team did for my sister and parents, we knew we wanted him to replace our door. Alex was prompt, honest and so nice to deal with. The crew that did the instillation was meticulous, and very respectful of our property. They left the work site spotless. The end result is beautiful. Our new door really enhances the space and we couldnt be happier. We cant wait to work with Alex again.

New Look Windows & Doors. The installation was fast, and competent. The workers friendly and considerate. The price was significantly lower than that of some other companies for installing vinyl window frames. I am completely satisfied.

We are very satisfied with New Looks. Alex was efficient and knowledgeable. The door was beautiful and the quality was good, and the installers did a great job. Both Alex the salesperson and Alex the installer were friendly and efficient at their jobs. The windows and side door are newly installed so I cannot speak to the actual long-term quality of the products, but so far, they look good and seem to be fine.

I had most of the old windows replaced at my house by New Look Windows & Doors. Alex was great to deal with. He was professional, responsive and transparent. The new windows fit, function and feel great. Road noise was reduced and so was my heating bill.
I only wish supply chain wasnt an issue because I did have to wait quite a bit for the delivery date.

Alex was patient and responded to several emails promptly and provided clarification as the specs of the project were developed. The installation crew arrived at the stated time and day as communicated. The installation crew was focused, professional and efficient.

Installation: The job was messier then I imagined (no fault to the installer), there was a lot of dust and debris with the brick to brick installation. Vladimir and Alex (installer) were great throughout the installation. They cleaned up the debris as much as they can after each day and pile them on the side of the house. They had the job completed in 4 days (17 windows and 2 doors). There was very minor painting required because the new window trim covered where the old trim was removed perfectly. The crew was very professional, understanding and accommodating to our questions and requests.

The house feels warmer and the furnace runs less to maintain the heat, the house feels more comfortable overall. Of course, the house looks fantastic with the new windows. We are very happy with the project. I would definitely recommend New Look Windows & Doors. Thank You!!

* not related to the installation, none of our inside mounted blinds would fit in the new windows because the new windows are about 1.25 inch smaller than the original ones so the cost of replacing the blind needs to be budgeted into the project.

We used the services of New Look Windows & Doors to change all of our windows and the porch door and we are very happy with the result.
