Last night we started noticing that when the furnace turned on it would intermittendly make an odd banging noise. We quickly took to Homestars to find a furnace repair company. We found great ratings on Willams HVAC and emailed them last night. They responded immediately and said they could slot us in for today.

Richard called this morning and showed up early for the appointment. He heard the sound it was making and was quick to diagnose. He got it all sorted out for us - even while our puppy was begging for pets from him. From start to finish just a great experience. (We joked that Christmas was "back on" this morning with Richard.- Last night we contemplated cancelling christmas due to new furnace costs. Glad that was not the case as the repair was only $70!)

We had an electrical problem which caused a power surge that disabled our furnace. Richard arrived on schedule and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem -- a burnt out transformer.

Williams HVAC installed a new furnace in our home about four years ago. Williams HVAC installed our A/C (July 2016) and more recently (November 2016) replaced the control board on our ailing ten-year old high efficiency furnace. Preceding the work, Chris patiently outlined our options and gave realistic estimates and start/finish times.

We found the staff courteous, efficient and professional. They undertook the work with no inconvenience to us and it was a pleasure having them in our home. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them for all HVAC services.

We had an older model humidifier that was attached to our furnace that needed replacement. Williams HVAC came very promptly earlier this year to replace it. The service was prompt, friendly and professional and the price comparable. I would highly recommend them for any furnace service, maintenance and other related work. I would use them again.

We had quotes from 3 companies Williams was competitive but more importantly he told us about all the work that would be done. None of the other companies told us they would have to put holes in our ceiling even thought they all had to do it to meet code.

PS Our Daikin furnace is great. We had a noisy 2005, 80% efficient furnace that woke us up at night. Now we sleep in peace.

We recently needed to replace an overdue 90,000 BTU furnace installed in 1978 for an 1100 sq/ft bungalow. As well as a 40 gallon HTW tank from 1985. (Talk about pushing our luck!)
We did our due diligence and decided a smaller company was the way to go. Despite a scheduling mix up, Chris bounced in quick to make up for it and offer some options. He thoroughly inspected our set up, answered all our questions and gave great reliable suggestions to help us meet our needs while staying within our budget. No pressure tactics.

Williams HVAC came in to install our AC this summer, and did a wonderful job. It was a more complex installation due to the position of a pergola built in our backyard, but they did an excellent job of troubleshooting and getting the job safely and effectively done. The staff were pleasant and professional, and I'd highly recommend them.
