It was such a pleasure meeting you and I thank you for the review. Every report goes out in two hours or less and I am available for questions any time after that. As for the roof and attic, I go on every roof where it is safe to do so and I climb into every attic where there is enough space to get in. It is very nice that you appreciate that kind of service. Michael, it was great to meet you and your wife. The area you have chosen is great but is all older homes. With older homes there is always additional TLC that is required and I am sure you will both enjoy taking care of the place. GIve me a call any time you need assistance and remember, since we were not able to get into the attic at the time of the inspection I will come back once you have possession to complete that for you, no charge.
