This was better than expected ;) he was able to tell me right down to a one foot section where cold areas were! He told us each area of concern and even down to just general maintenance ! It was extremely affordable and we definatly got more than our monies worth! He was very professional and personable! He walked us through each step and explained everything to us right there! And we even received a very detailed report to keep on file ;) we were very pleased and will definatly keep him in mind for friends and family in the future
