Optima Windows and Doors

windows was installed in this summer . seems well done. The boss, Chris is. Good guy help. Me to solute the problem. And good service. But company response a little bit delayed ?

We found Optima on HomeStars and had them do an estimate for us. Optima are pros at what they do at every level from start to finish. Their sales person Kyle was generous with his time and responsive throughout the contract process. The install crew (Artur & team) was always on time and did a great job! The only thing better than the quality job they did was the way they left the site (interior and exterior) - very tidy and clean. We had a custom window made up to match the design of the door they installed - the Iron Work wasn’t “similar” or “kinda the same” ... it was EXACTLY THE SAME! You would never know it was a catalogue door and made-to-match window. We are very satisfied with the whole thing and would highly recommend Optima to anyone looking to get some replacement windows and doors.

I am very happy & satisfied with Optima Home Improvements Ltd services who installed all my house windows (Brick to Brick) last week. The business development manager Eugene has excellent customer services, very polite, friendly and respond my questions very quickly. On the days of installation, Arthur & crew were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, detailed, working so hard & very friendly. They have done an amazing job, the calking outside the windows are professionally done and cleaned-up afterwards in details. The windows are extremely beautiful with good quality and functional. With Optima’s Life Time Warranty, I don’t have to worry about if there are some problems with the windows anymore. I will absolutely recommend Optima to others.

The work crew was very efficient and completed the work in one day. They took great care to keep our place neat and clean during the replacement procedures and were polite and cooperative. We are very pleased with the quality of the work that was done. It was also a pleasure arranging and negotiating the renovations with your representative Chris Zavodyuk, who was very knowledgeable and personable. We would highly recommend this team to others looking for home improvements.

Chris and team came in and removed the old window, cut out the new larger size and installed the new window. Timing from original cut out to installing the new window was very short compared to other companies. Good work for a very reasonable price. Wasn’t always the easiest person to get a hold of, but bottom line they delivered as expected.

We are very pleased with our new windows. Service was great and work was done efficiently. They placed cloth runners on our wooden floors and their clean up was done very well both inside and outside.

Optima installed a new patio door and we are very pleased with the door and the installation.
During the estimate interview (2 weeks before Christmas) it was implied that the work could possibly be completed in 2-3 weeks. Mid-January came and went without any communication from Optima. We contacted Optima in late January to agree on a February completion date (8 weeks after the estimate).
It was disappointing that Optima did not appear to have an order tracking system and that there was no follow-up from Optima over the 8 weeks.
Note: A change request was made in late December on the understanding that the factory had not already started building the door.

It took two days to complete the installation the last week of October 2017. We are very satisfied with the installation work. The outside finishing (capping and caulking around the windows) was excellent, and so was the siding under the bow window at the front of the house. We also had them install the same colour siding above our garage, to match. It too was very well done.

I would not hesitate to recommend Optima Home Improvements for the purchase and installation of new windows.
