Optima Windows and Doors

When we first met with Optima about replacing our windows, we were pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable Gleb was. He answered all of our questions and priced everything out (very fairly) for us. We ordered a side door as well, so the process took a little longer before we had the windows installed, but it was worth the wait. Despite a few communication/scheduling bumps, Ben and his crew did an amazing job on the windows - our house is now much more energy efficient, looks great and is pretty soundproof. We are very happy we chose Optima!

The team installed the windows competently and the work was completed in the time span as outlined in the contract. The windows are of high quality and the mechanism is functional as described during the presentation. We changed all windows and doors and we now can bring the beauty of the outside into our home as we now enjoy the view that the bright windows with the exquisite framing bring into the home.

The installation team was professional and worked diligently and answered all questions and although we did not meet Chris in person, he quickly and promptly assisted in responding to any questions to ensure that the work went smoothly. The windows have made a significant aesthetic difference to our home. We are confident that the new windows will be successful and efficient in the energy saving benefits impact to the home.

Optima home improvement is a great company to replace windows.They are reasonably priced and do an amazing job. The workers are very friendly and work fast.They also clean up! I would 100% recommend their company!

We were so worried about hiring a window person after meeting a few different companies and not getting great vibes off of any of them. After looking on Homestars, we saw lots of great reviews for Optima and decided to go with them after meeting with Chris.

We had all the windows on our 140 year old, downtown 3-story Victorian replaced by Optima. From start to finish Chris was extremely communicative, patient, explained the ins and outs of the process, gave recommendations...He even told us when we didn't necessarily need to replace some windows because they weren't as old as the others (we did anyways for continuity but the honesty was appreciated). They came and worked like crazy and got pretty much everything done within 2 days, the only thing we had to wait on was a miscommunication about our side windows which was totally our fault. They came and installed them no problem a few weeks later and fixed a tiny dent that had happened on one of the 3rd floor ones too. You can't go wrong with these guys - they are extremely thorough, and the work is fantastic. I will add photos soon!!

Working with Optima was a great experience! Chris was understanding informative and patient, with our questions and decisions we were even able design a window to match the look of our front doors. The crew was fantastic and did a awesume job and the windows turned out perfect, and they cleaned up after ....they show true workmanship in what they do.
Even though they had to replace one window that only took a few days to install the new glass. Price was the best after checking quite a few other companies. Noticed the temperature difference in the house 100 percent!

Our experience with Optima Home Improvements was outstanding. We had 12 windows to replace and wanted to take advantage of Ontario's GreenON rebate. We researched several certified installers and found Optima to be the most reasonable, friendly and professional. Gleb (our sales rep) visited our home several times, met us at Optima's showroom and allowed us to tour the manufacturing facility. Gleb made great recommendations and was patient when we changed our minds a few times! The installation team, led by Ben, was hard working and efficient. They worked from 10 am to 10 pm to finish the job, and even cleaned up before they left. We are in the middle of a full renovation so Ben was kind enough to cut all the trim for the windows and leave it for us to install when the drywall is up. Chris, the owner, even stopped by our house to check on the progress of the installation. Excellent service, friendly staff, and most of all - beautiful, efficient, triple-pane windows. We will soon need to replace a door and won't hesitate to call Optima. Great experience!

We had our windows and garden door installed by Optima today. The experience has been very satisfactory at each stage of the process. Our first contact was with Gleb Diyachenko who's the product and also our project manager. Gleb is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is very responsive and arranged to meet us, show us a sample window and gave us a quote within 3 days after we got in touch. He is always reachable on his phone, responding to our queries and coordinating his team in the office and for installation.
In less than 5 days after accepting the quote, Gleb had Ben come to measure our windows and door. The windows and door were ready within 2 weeks and installation arrangement was made quickly with plenty of warning for us to take leave from work.
Ben's team was very detailed and careful with the installation despite today's heat. Ben has very high work quality control. They set up, installed 6 windows and a garden door and cleaned up all in an impressive 8 hour shift. They clean the house very well, including vacuuming and took all debris away.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Gleb and his team. We are now waiting for our Ontario Green rebate which is also handled by Optima!
