An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was a little pessimistic when a person knocked into my door, my wife set an appointment and after two hours presentation I was quite convinced with the quality. The price seemed good as well.
The installers were courteous professional and left my house clean. I think overall Optima has a great window with great people installing them.
Would recommend them for my neighbours and friends.
