Andrew and Maria came to our home and assessed our situation in depth. We had suspected there to be Mold on our floor. Andrew used a moisture measuring tool to check for moisture and sure enough the device showed a high level of moisture. We booked an appointment ASAP. The Mold Removal guys that came to perform the work were polite and answered all our questions with professionalism and knowledge. They made sure we are safe from the Mold by setting up two HEPA Filter Air scrubbers and by setting up a zip wall which is a big plastic barrier around the work area. They removed all the mole in the area and did cold fogging disinfection at the end. We were sent pictures of the process so we knew what the area and process looked like. Overall we’re very happy with the both the mold removal process and the people performing the work. Will definitely contact GTA Mold Removal again if we suspect any more mold to be around.
