We received a service call today to replace the white adapter for LG to a black one as we requested at the time of installation, and also pointed out a area where the rain had leaked reported by our neighbour.

We still need a rain to check the LG eave troughs. As running a hose did not prove that they worked, as the installer explained that rainwater was different weight then city water!

Blocked Downspout

Ajax

Blocked Downspout on high 2 storey home. Technician was very courteous. Job was completed along with a couple of minor repairs.
Disappointed the repair team showed up with no prior notice of their coming to the house. Luckily we were at home when they arrived.
Problem appears to be resolved.

Eavestrough

Gutters & Eavestroughs review in London

There are many trees around our home and shaving the eavestrough cleaned on a regular basis is costly. As well, we were having the eavestrough painted as needed.
We had a quote that was much cheaper from a company that basically covered the eavestrough with a mesh seal. We decided to go with Trades by Jack. Their services provide an eavestrough that is sturdy and made to protect any debris from entering and clogging the eavestrough. Service was completed in a day, completely contact less. The workers were professional and installed the system as promised. Weeks later I received a call asking if everything was working as hoped with the eavestrough. I replied, “most definitely!” I generally do not provide reviews but I think that this service is exemplary!

Great quality products. Most decorative and functional exterior lights in town! Great workmanship and employees. Hard to open manual (interactive not a pdf) for a person who struggles with technology.

The installation was very well done by a team of steady workers.

We Really like the product and were very,very happy with the guys (Darin,Genti) that installed the product. We couldn’t believe how hard they worked all day in the hot weather to finish it off. They did excellent work and cleaned up everything before they left .Thank you
