I was pleased with the punctuality of the 2 workers. They explained the steps involved in the project. They had the work completed in the expected time frame. The clean up was done well. I paid off the balance but did not receive a "paid in full" receipt. I would still like to have that mailed to me.

Leafguard is a unique product with a fantastic Concept. I will never have to clean eaves troughs again. I don't mind cleaning the eaves but as I am getting older this new system will make it easier for me to maintain the house. The crew that came out to install were great in terms of friendly, explained everything, accommodated my requests, and were very experienced. The system comes with a lifetime warranty meaning if there are any issues with what is promised, they come out right away and correct. I did have a problem with my shingles and sure enough, I called and a crew was out within a couple of days to help me. The same goes for leaves. If any leaves do make their way into the trough, I am confident they will come out to rectify as this is their promise. The system was just installed so it hasn't been put to the test of a huge down pour but another feature that should make a difference for me is an oversized corner eave that will catch more water and avoid spill over right in front of my door. This has been a huge problem in the past as I have a door on the side rather than in front of the house and the valley on the roof collects water and send it down to corner right in front of the main door we use. In summary, the cost may seem a little high but the company, the product, the service, the after sales support and the benefits of this new design was worth it for me.

Very professional and friendly respectful service from booking a date for the estimate, to signing the contract, to removal of the old eavestroughs, to the installation of the new eavestroughs with "LeafGuard", to clean-up on my bungalow. I like the fact that the 50-year warranty is transferable to a new owner should I decide to sell the house in future. After getting a couple of other estimates, I considered that even though this one was pricier, it appeared to be the cadillac (and best) version on comparison. They were able to give me an early date from the time I booked (within a couple of days) for installation. The estimator and the installers showed up on the dates and times given. I trust that even though they were just installed on May 22/18, I will be just as satisfied for years to come. Thank you to all involved in this transaction at Gutter Depot!

I had originally seem the Leaf Guard system at a Home Show booth and while impressed with it, was not ready to take the next step. That time recently arrived and I contacted Leaf Guard for an estimate. The sales rep covered all my questions with ease, and I was ready to take the next step and have it installed. No regrets whatsoever. The installers were professional and friendly. They installed everything to my satisfaction and cleaned up prior to leaving. It is now fall and the leaves are falling, but my gutters remain free of debris. I am a happy customer.

It first started out with a sales associate by the name of Blake who came to my house to give me a quote and recommendation in regards to my options in diverting the water away from the foundation. He was prompt and professional and gave me the best options available.

Three months later, they still honored my quote and I had a gentleman by the name of Adam who installed my downspout and diverted it to the front of my home and equipped with a rain barrel.

I couldn't have been more happier with their service and professionalism. I would definitely use their service again and would recommend this company to other homeowners who wants reliability and craftsmanship of work.
